If you can’t locate your chauffeur, call 437-438-5466.
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior for Toronto airports and 3 hours for Hamilton-area airports.
No-show passengers will be charged the full transfer fare.
Complimentary waiting time includes:
- 30 minutes for domestic flights.
- 45 minutes for international flights.

Flights are monitored and vehicles are dispatched in advance.
Proceed to the pre-arranged pickup area after collecting luggage.

Provide your name so dispatch can locate your reservation.
Your chauffeur will arrive shortly and assist with luggage.

Leaving without notice will result in full fare charges.
